Default mexico honduras fixed?

Just a quick one that seems so random. Mexico vs Honduras is currently 2.1 lay on the draw, I've never seen such low odds on a draw - surely something strange is going on here!! Arbs a plenty all over the shop but the bookies have clocked it too. Ladbrokes is the biggest arb at the mo at 2.2 - 2.1

That is odd yes, thanks anyway just got on it for the globetsports qualifier

Lot of money on the draw as well, 300k compared to just 24k in total for the 1 and 2 results combined.

Cheers.

Nice spot Lukey.....if the game is a draw both team are almost certain to qualify as Jamaica would then need to bt Canada 7-0 to go above Honduras on goal difference.

These don`t come in 100% of the time but in this situation they def come in more often than not....worth a couple of units in my book.

Thanks and good luck

The Betfair chart for the draw is interesting as well, started out at 3, dipped down to 2.5, picked up a bit to 2.75 and then fell right down to 2... just starting to slowly go back up now.

I was watching the odds in Betfair on this game as I stayed up to watch the Brazil Portugal game, ended 6-2 in the end. Thought it was strange that the draw was so low until I found out the situation for qualification. Honduras won 1-0 in the end, an own goal won it.

I wish I'd had more balls... I laid £50 when it was around 2.2 with the plan to hold on to it until it got to 2.5-3 and then back for a profit but I chickened out!

I completely missed this, but even after the event im not sure what i should have done! By the looks of it it "should" have been a draw and was fixed to be that, but someone got an even bigger bribe to throw it? Pretty brave, i wouldnt want to mess about with Mexican betting syndicates!
